Step-by-Step Instructions:
Open Gmail on your computer.
Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top right and select See all settings.
Click on the Inbox tab at the top of the settings menu.
In the Categories section, you will see checkboxes for Social, Promotions, Updates, and Forums.
Uncheck all the boxes except for Primary.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
