Rob is the answer to my prayers! I found the perfect match for this late 70's lady on the first try. If there were 6 stars, I would give him that, and more. Rob answered my query quickly, and he always arrives right on time. He is efficient, listens carefully to my priorities, and does a great job of keeping me focused and on track so that our time is used effectively. He explains things carefully and slowly, in clear steps so I can grasp them, and makes sure I have practice doing it myself. My husband, who is an engineer, listened in on one of our sessions and was impressed with Rob's skills, his teaching ability, and the creative way he is able to find work-around solutions if we hit a dead end. We had a couple of very difficult, unusual situations that took countless steps and trials to solve, but Rob persisted and now they are fixed!  I so feel relieved, and enabled to use my personal tech devices instead of feeling helpless and hopeless in the face of modern technology. Rob is also a very nice, good-natured person who is is enjoyable to work with, a skillful teacher who knows his technology (and if he doesn't, he knows where to find the answers quickly), and affordable, so I plan to keep him on board for a very long time.

I was hesitant to hire anyone for help with computer issues until I had a great experience with Senior Tech Tutor! Rob is an excellent Tutor who is patient and knowledgeable. He helped me solve my problems in record time! Finally, he actually texted me on his way to my home to give me an exact ETA! My session with Rob was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I was in the dark ages and he showed me the light on how easy using my laptop could be. We reorganized and deleted unused mailboxes and synced all the programs on my devices, phones, iPads etc. Cleaned everything up..He’s very clear and a very good listener as to what you need and I recommend him very highly.
