I found the perfect match for this late 70's lady on the first try. If there were 6 stars, I would give him that, and more. Rob answered my query quickly, and he always arrives right on time. He is efficient, listens carefully to my priorities, and does a great job of keeping me focused and on track so that our time is used effectively. He explains things carefully and slowly, in clear steps so I can grasp them, and makes sure I have practice doing it myself. My husband, who is an engineer, listened in on one of our sessions and was impressed with Rob's skills, his teaching ability, and the creative way he is able to find work-around solutions if we hit a dead end. We had a couple of very difficult, unusual situations that took countless steps and trials to solve, but Rob persisted and now they are fixed!  I so feel relieved, and enabled to use my personal tech devices instead of feeling helpless and hopeless in the face of modern technology.
