wormAt the very bottom of any economic cycle it looks dark…really dark.

At the bottom of this cycle it has looked, well, bottomless.

Maybe it is the enthusiasm of a five day, 15% plus, rally that reminds me yet again that all is not lost.

That the worm will turn.

For the last 9 months I have been doing a deep dive into the social/new media.

Now it is time to bring those learning’s to the core demographic of the the audiences I serve: sales professionals.

As a result, the final touches are being applied to a new keynote presentation that will provide education about social media and how to increase memorability, and therefore sales.

Since so many of the companies I work with are in highly regulated industries, and so many people are just getting their footing regarding social media, this presentation will solely be focused on one social media dimension: listening.

As a preview, the April newsletter will be devoted to the topic of social media listening. It will include bite size pieces on topics such as:

  • Why listen at all?
  • Who are you going to listen to?
  • What tools will you use to listen?

The keynote presentation will introduce audiences to the strategies and tactics that they can immediately use to attack their business and create greater sales success.
